At Gonzo’s our food is low fat, healthy, and prepared fresh daily. We use all white-meat chicken breast and flank steak. We even trim all additonal fat from the meat before cooking and our salsa and produce are also prepared daily. Everything in this Mexican eatery is fresh and made to order, so you won't have to worry about being served day-old pintos or sampling freeze-dried steak strips.
